Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

What we deliver

Deliverables are digital: source code, dashboards, AI workflows, documentation, and access credentials, depending on the project scope.

Delivery timelines

• Starter projects: 5–7 business days from project kickoff
• Growth projects: 2–4 weeks from project kickoff, depending on scope
• Retainers: ongoing, with monthly deliverable summaries

Delivery method

Deliverables are sent via email, shared repository (e.g. GitHub), or direct platform access, as agreed in the project scope. A service is considered "delivered" once access or files have been shared and confirmed received.

Delays

If a delay is expected, we notify you as early as possible with a revised timeline. Delays caused by late client feedback or missing information may extend delivery dates accordingly.
